Tonde Yorbana, MBA/CPA/EA
A Big4 alumnus with over 15 years of experience in public accounting, financial services, oil & gas, and healthcare, Tonde founded the company to leverage his expertise to help small businesses thrive. His academic background includes an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s in accounting and management.
Tonde was the recipient of INCPAS 2023 Breakthrough Award.
He is certified in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Online Payroll, Gutso.
Martin Johnson, ESQ, MBA, EA, JD
Martin is a Juris Doctor and a Lawyer. He is an Enrolled Agent and holds an MBA from California State University East Bay. In addition to tax planning, he is specialized in Estate and Trust planning.
